I have an FX 5200 too, and never had problems with it, I used to download and install the NVidia drivers from their site, but then I noticed that portage could handle it, so I just call "emerge nvidia-settings" (as it gets by dependency nvidia-kernel and nvidia-glx). Everything works. Have you tried following the NVidia Guide from the Gentoo Docs? > thx, > jonatan > ______________________________________________________________ > Verschicken Sie romantische, coole und witzige Bilder per SMS! > Jetzt bei WEB.DE FreeMail: http://f.web.de/?mc=021193 > > -- > gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list > > -- Daniel da Veiga Computer Operator - RS - Brazil -----BEGIN GEEK CODE BLOCK----- Version: 3.1 GCM/IT/P/O d-? s:- a?
