I have not seen anything in the xfce-menu about where you could set the screen for the panel but haha... one could just drag it over! The only thing that's left is the taskbar, it does not seem to move when I drag it... otherwise I'll use some other window manager for performing on the other display (I want to run a pd/pdp window on the second screen and the white "stripe" of the hidden taskbar is annoying).
