I used it a bit.  Reminded me too much of WinXX/KDE/Gnome do I went
back to e16.7.

Icons can be added with Rox and Rox-session.  Menu editing is easy with
e16menuedit and key editing with e16keyedit.

Rox filer lets me make links.
