Hi list, i'm trying to compile the rss-glx screensaver of a kernel 2.6.14-gentoo-r5 machine with ati-drivers version 8.20.8 During compiling i'm getting an libGL.la error:
libtool: link: `/usr/lib/libGL.la' is not a valid libtool archive The libGL.la driver that is given by the ati drivers is empty (/usr/lib/opengl/ati/lib/libGL.la), and obviously using the one given by xorg-x11 (/usr/lib/opengl/xorg-x11/lib/libGL.la) remove the 3d acceleration.
