While apache has removed it from their mirrors (they seem to only have the latest release right now? 1.14.4, not sure if it's typical of what they usually do), this doesn't matter given Gentoo's mirrors still have it. And if it's not fetching it, that implies that your GENTOO_MIRRORS configuration in /etc/portage/make.conf likely need to be updated (maybe you only have a old broken mirror in there). If in doubt, just remove GENTOO_MIRRORS entirely and use the default rotation. -- ionen
