On this system yes. On my old rig, LC_ALL is set the same way. I think when I did that install setting LC_ALL was OK. I think I saw on package.g.o that the package is maintainer needed. Filing a bug, if it is a bug, may not get attention for a while. Does sound like a bug tho. I'm going to install checkrestart later on. It's in a overlay but can't recall which one. I'll boot the old system up later on and find out which one it is in. I prefer checkrestart anyway. I just want the tool to tell me what needs restarting.
