I had seen this in 3.2.0 and 3.3.1 both, but I thought to myself "nah, a package can't hard block itself". Looks like it can. :-/ I think this is definitely worth a news-item. Following your suggestion of manually removing the previously installed version worked, thank you. -Ralph
