I'm getting the same thing. Also with pgp.mit.edu. Is there any fix? The webrsync-gpg keys have expired, and the documentation says that `gpg --homedir /var/lib/gentoo/gkeys/keyrings/gentoo/release --refresh-keys` should be run.
