Thanks for the quick reply. I knew that some dependencies would be resolved, but in the case of x11-xorg, I wasn't sure. It does make sense, but when you get to be my age you know that just because something makes sense, doesn't mean it will turn out that way! Thanks again. BDW -- Billy D.
