   CONFIG_KVM_CLOCK
   CONFIG_KVM_GUEST

For virtio support:

   CONFIG_VIRTIO
   CONFIG_VIRTIO_PCI
   CONFIG_VIRTIO_BLK
   CONFIG_SCSI_VIRTIO
   CONFIG_VIRTIO_NET

For the scsi/net virtio drivers to work in the guest, qemu must be started with the appropriate options. Further details can be found here:
