I'm sorry. :) I didn't read the entire thread. If you have another device with Internet connection you can download the missing files and place it into your /usr/portage/distfiles For example you can download from http://mirrors.kernel.org/gentoo/distfiles/ After the required distfiles exist, emerge should work.
