I figured it out, its the ehci-hcd driver, it seems my drive doesn´t like it. If I only enable uhci-hcd it works fine. Maybe its also the PCI-USB2.0-Card which causes the problem, who knows??? What I test now is, if the speed is OK. Daniel Röder -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
