Using GNOME 2.8 with xorg 6.8.2-r1.
Since I re-installed a couple of months ago I have not been able to switch out of X to my virtual terminals using Ctrl-Alt-F$n
If I press Ctrl-Alt-F1 simply nothing happens.
I have the following line in my xorg.conf :
Option "DontVTSwitch" "off"I have never encountered this behaviour before. Any ideas what's going on?
