The ATI card is 128Mb of 325Mhz DDR memory and 532Mhz core speed. It's like greased lightening running in Windows XP (Scuse language), why can't I get reasonable speed in Gentoo? I'm pretty certain your PC isn't 99 times faster than this one? I thought I'd cracked it today, I've not even got my key in the ignition let alone got the engine running and joined the race. -- Tony.
