Sure, I have the same setup with 3 video cards and 3 monitors using 2 PCI and 1 AGP. You have the option of using xinerama or not. Xinerama will enable 1 large desktop across the monitors/screens. This will let you drag and drop windows between screens. Without xinerama, each screen is completely separate. http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Xinerama-HOWTO/ Start with the HOWTO.
