Hey Zim,
Check out the file /etc/DIR_COLORS I think that is what you are looking
for. As far as the link goes you should be able to. However seeing you
want an argument you'll probably need to write a short shell script for
it. Pehaps something like this:

#!/bin/bash
# contents of file /bin/galeon
/bin/mozilla -n $*

That's it! If you didn't want the -n flag you could just ln -s it.
