Bochs is another alternative, but I've heard it is incredibly slow. Painfully slow. While going with the open source option of bochs over VMWare is appealing, if this guy wants to compile X anytime soon it would be worth grabbing a free 30-day VMWare trial, or go the similarly speedy route of the UML tutorial. -- Alec Berryman <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
