Turning off RANDSTRUCT helped. I'm running 3.13.1 now with RANDSTRUCT disabled. As Brad told the problem is supposed to be fixed, I'll give RANDSTRUCT another try as the patchset will appear in hardened-sources. I usually bump kernels every week. So I'll test that next week.
