[gentoo-hardened] SELinux base policy 2.20120725 rev 3 in hardened-dev overlay

Hi guys,

Some updates on the SELinux policy (but the reason for fast push is the
problem with the file_contexts.subs_dist error):

#431448         Reading etc_aliases_t requires search on etc_mail_t
#248485         Update publicfile daemon binary contexts
#428322         Label kmod appropriately (insmod-like)
#427660         Allow udev to load kernel modules
<no bug>        Undo file_contexts.subs_dist changes

Now in hardened-dev overlay, get it while it's hot ;-)
