вобщем апач на старте вываливается с таким сообщением
(38)Function not implemented: mod_rewrite: could not create rewrite_log_lock

если закоментировать использование mod_rewrite то вываливается другая
[emerg] (38)Function not implemented: Couldn't create accept lock
причем уже второй раз на другой установке, что делать?
