I tried the following the GNAP user guide and was impressed how easy it was creating a small test system but I ran into the same issue with digest files as reported by Petr when I attempted to use my own kernel and add additional packages. I know this was due to me building my own stages from the current portage tree.
After reading comments from this list over the past few days I am working my way through the 'live CD with NTFS write support' instructions. Of course now I have a new problem, this time creating the ISO build, as gnap_overlay seems to have an issue finding my syslinux.cfg file, but I will work my way through it.....
