For now I taken speech-tools, festival and festival-ru. Locally
updated version works, but I want to refresh patchset and include
some patches from Debian, e.g. there are known memory handling
issues in speech-tools which may be reposponsible for bug 634928 or
similar problems.

I expect stuff to be finally committed within 10 days.
