I hope that is still possible, and I am not sure if it was even in 07-08. I am not tax expert, not a CPA or anything close. Likely need to retain and speak to one. May have to refile and start over not sure. Not sure if you can re-apply or what. Thus need to hire and speak to someone, if not have them help to get things in order. There are presently larger issues. I will let others speak on that, as I am not sure how much has been released on such.
