And what would be if USE="qt -qt4 -qt5"? Should we introduce a REQUIRED_USE for that? Well, congrats then, USE qt becomes useless, cause it does not improve the situation in case of 'at-most-one-of' implementation. e.g. REQUIRED_USE="qt?
