So, um, why exactly is ruby 2.0.0 stable if I can't even update my
system anymore?  I'm having the same issue across 3 systems so I'm
assuming it's not a bad sync.

Whatever the current "solution" to not adding ruby20 to RUBY_TARGETS
is, it's not work for me.
