Exactly. Bugzilla is not a communication tool, it's a process management tool. The process in question is dealing with bugs. Don't substitute filing a bug for communication. The main reason people end up having these abrasive behaviours is they don't communicate properly. If they did they'd find out they are actually very much alike and agree on most things. Communication is (in order of effectivity) in-person meeting, phone, irc, email. If you're not using any of these tools you're not communicating effectively and you can't expect things to go smoothly. Denis.
