Sorry to rain on your parade, but with ciaranm's consistent history, allowing him to participate in Gentoo's discussions itself is a privilege of patience on the part of the Gentoo community. Allowing him to proxy in a council meeting is both disallowed (non-gentoo devs cannot be on the council), and reflects badly on the candidate in question (dev-zero). -- ~Nirbheek Chauhan
