CVS and SVN on the old machine (lark) will stop accepting commits at Friday morning 07h00 UTC. The new machine (stork) will take all commits after we come up again afterwards. Again, that's Friday 23rd February 07h00 thru 09h00 UTC. Status updates will be posted to the topic of #gentoo-dev as per previous migrations. For almost all developers, you will not need to redo any checkouts or anything, just inform SSH that yes, the fingerprints have indeed changed, and there isn't anything strange going on.
