My answer... not until whatever linuxthreads-enabled glibc is no longer
maintainable.  We already lock the version to a specific maximum glibc
in the no-nptl profiles.  I say once that glibc version is no longer
maintainable, then we move to i486 and drop the no-nptl stuff.

Are there still issues with a 2.6 headers set and a 2.4 kernel?

If so, we'll need to drop 2.4 kernel support at the same time on the
affected arches.
