then the users probably didn't put enough preasure on the stabelizing
teams ;-P

As I suggested in my last mail: an tool which files stabelizing
requests for installed packages after some time (semi-)automatically
could help a lot. 

Once I've got some spare time, I'll sit down and code something. 
Anyone who likes to join me ?
