net-analyzer/nmap: drop -j1 from install

Been meaning to grep for -j1 and look at what I can do
after seeing slyfox's recent blog post (and then
a recent comment in a Portage bug) and have been
chipping away at them since. After that latest
reminder, noticed this one!

This has been there since 2005 as far as I can
tell and was fixed upstream in 2006:
