dev-perl/CryptX: Bump to version 0.69.0
- Nice!
- Fix LICENSE slightly (declaring that this has public-domain licensed
elements inside seems somewhat unnecessary, but I figured it was
better for clarity, esp if there was somehow a theoretical country
where public-domain licensed works are illegal)
Upstream:
- Fix segfault on invalid input in ECC
- Update bundled libtomcrypt
