app-dicts/sword-FreSegond: rename to sword-FreSegond1910 and bump to 3.1 While technically speaking FreSegond is still available from the SWORD Project, the metadata of FreSegond1910 shows both that it obsoletes FreSegond and that they were one and the same up to and including version 2.0.1.
