dev-python/pyspelling: tried to allow do building

gave me an error, suggest to use a option to ignore this
but can't find where this option should go
probably mkdocs.yml but it told me unrecognized option
when I tried

Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.98, Repoman-2.3.22
