sci-mathematics/gp2c: update pari version requirement in new revision. The src_configure phase for gp2c needs the pari.cfg file that only newer versions of sci-mathematics/pari install. This was a pretty dumb mistake for me to make, considering that I recently updated pari precisely for this reason.
