scripts/bootstrap-prefix: adapt PORTDIR and DISTDIR to new locations
use PORTDIR consistently, and update to new locations now we're
bootstrapping with a newer Portage that uses the new locations:
PORTDIR=${EPREFIX}/var/db/repos/gentoo
DISTDIR=${EPREFIX}/var/cache/distfiles
