documentation: remove notes regarding static builds
- sys-fs/cryptsetup[static] is not required, follow up of
commit b79bf458363f70195715111468f445144e96b7e0
- Since commit 265363f79df5a545dc47547dbee76972b387e9b7, we always build
our own static sys-fs/lvm2 to help dmraid users.
