net-misc/gnome-online-miners: lock to tracker-1
configure.ac explicitly only asks for tracker-1.
3.26.0 version explicitly only asks for tracker-2, and has
no other changes compared to 3.24.0.
Thus having a version that supports either is a trivial
patch, but because that's the only difference between
3.24 and 3.26, we can just as well just bump and stabilize
it in tandem with tracker-2
