Upstream changed the way gdk-backends are enabled to match gtk+ and clutter which allows us to support multiple backends at the same time. Make sure we at least get one. Prevent alteration of user CFLAGS. (Portage version: 2.2.10/cvs/Linux x86_64, signed Manifest commit with key C6085806)
