x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers: add 595.45.04 (beta, unkeyworded) Reminder that I do not have a card supported by >=590, as such runtime is entirely untested. Feel free to opt-in and report any packaging issues (for NVIDIA-side issues, please report them to NVIDIA instead though, the sooner the better so that hopefully it will be fixed during beta). There is three notable changes: 1. NVIDIA has enabled nvidia-drm.modeset=1 by default, as such it is no longer necessary to have it in nvidia.conf or kernel cmdline. Unlike fbdev=0, won't keep a "opt-out" section given reasons to disable this are rather rare. 2. Tentatively dropped the systemd/elogind services and enabled the new NVreg_UseKernelSuspendNotifiers=1 which attempts to handle memory preservation automatically for sleep/suspend. Unknown if this will cause problems but now is probably a good time to try while unkeyworded. 3. wrt bug #968840 and bug #968500, above #2 requires USE=kernel-open and I really do not want to support the alternative anymore and handle future differences (almost missed this until spotted the open and closed variant had a different line in the diff). As such dropped USE=kernel-open again (always enabled). If you really *must* disable it (like to use Runtime D3 on a Turing GPU), sorry but please either stick to LTS 580.x which still has years of support or handle it in an overlay. 4. wrt bug #729928, and bug #843827, CONFIG_MMU_NOTIFIER is no longer required -- unknown if this will be backported to older versions.
