app-text/poppler: 26.02.0 version bump, bump subslot, w/o KEYWORDS
At least sci-libs/gdal and app-office/libreoffice (fixed subsequently),
app-office/scribus (upstream issue pending), media-gfx/inkscape and
app-office/calligra (no reports yet) were broken at the time of bumping.
