sec-keys/openpgp-keys-gentoo-auth: add 20260125
Renewed keys by Robin while handling bug #881679.
May want to change sec-keys/openpgp-keys-gentoo-{auth,release} over to
the sec-keys/openpgp-keys-gentoo-developers (and soon-to-be -infrastructure)
model to make it easier to do and also check in future.
