net-im/synapse: add 1.145.0 - Upstream switched from poetry to maturin. - Upstream added transitive dependencies to pyproject.toml, which causes runtime failures if they are not present as the synapse actively checks for them. However, they are not present because they are not needed due to dependency changes in more recent versions of direct dependencies. The problematic ones are removed from pyproject.toml in prepare phase.
