sys-cluster/mpich: restore mpich2 blocker
It was dropped in 2ea5d6a6bf29ed6fcb5295d2dc04cff520e9263d (2022) which
is a bit too soon to drop a blocker. See
49c22943ba73c948023881452525420fe61210bf
in pkgcheck.git.
