net-p2p/go-ethereum: add 1.16.1 This release: - Introduces a new archive node mode with better hard drive requirements; - Re-implements state snapshot for compatibility with path-based state storage; - Increases the block gas limit to 45M; - Supports era1 history files; - Improves shutdown speed; - Fixes beacon-chain lightclient (`blsync`) in Pectra and beyond; - Adds some preparations for the upcoming Fusaka fork; and - Improves various RPC and networking items.
