dev-util/ctags: remove sourceforge upstream metadata for gnuada
In the past (last instance removed with
add6511535d7e7bfeaadac1fd8971b558305cc66),
we were fetching ctags-ada-mode-4.3.11.tar.bz2 from gnuada on sourceforge.
