Revert "app-i18n/ibus-anthy: drop old" This reverts commit 29d736763047b84352e7b994ff9745bd9e504b9f. There are reports of 1.5.17 introducing a massive memory leak, so let's restore 1.5.16 to allow easy testing and downgrading.
