media-libs/libopenraw: drop RUST_MIN_VER We previosuly pinned to 1.77.1 for stdsimd but it seems to work fine with 1.84.1 at least. Unfortunately, I only discovered this after spending time trying to get `cargo vendor` to cooperate...
