[gentoo-amd64] Kernel Config for /proc/self/smaps

Hi,

I need help to get /proc/self/smaps.
Is there a setting that need to be activated in the kernel?

Currently under the kernel config, filesystems/pseudo/proc is activated. 
Any other setting to activated?
