yeah, I see that quotes, but the line about the 'mv' command is in
another paragraph, I think they are not related.

And also, I do understand the quotes fully. It says the
'-mno-tls-direct-seg-refs' flag makes no sense on x64 system, why
should I add it and recompile the glibc especially? Does not the glibc
part of the system?
